ascott ifc guangzhou surpassed my previous stay in guangzhou. the perfect location, excellent facilities, and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and the hotel's amenities kept my kids happy. highly recommend!

New-fashioned rooms and superb service, great stay on a business trip. Nice building, helpful and exceptional staff. Prime location near the metro station, very close to Gt Land Plaza. And it is near restaurants.

I loved the apartment although some things didn't work.

New apartment, it has a tub. Professional and easy going staff knows how to make your stay such great. The bathroom is huge, relaxing after a long day. There is a great pool. It has a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge. The venue is adjacent to Guangzhou for a short trip in August and several nice shopping malls, an Aeon supermarket and the shopping centre, even so the area is really noisy.

The perfect location in the Zhu Jiang New Town CBD makes it easy to explore Guangzhou. The hotel is just a short walk from the metro station, providing cheap and convenient transportation. There are numerous restaurants and shops within a 15-minute walk, including a large shopping mall. The hotel also offers great facilities such as a swimming pool, kids playroom, and mini golf course, perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes. The hotel staff provides excellent service, with friendly reception staff and accommodating cleaning ladies.

I recently stayed at Ascott in Guangzhou for a week and it was the perfect home away from home. The apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was ideal, right in the middle of the Zhu Jiang New Town, with easy access to the metro station and plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and kids play room, were well-maintained and kept my kids happy. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes to suit everyone's taste. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any special requests.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was amazing. The room was beautifully decorated, clean, and had high-quality furniture and fixtures. The highlight was the comfortable, super king-size bed that made us sleep like babies. We were also pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and the well-equipped amenities in the apartment. Furthermore, the management was thoughtful and welcoming, providing us with delicious fruits and local specialty biscuits.

While our overall experience was great, there were a few drawbacks. The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better, as we encountered cockroaches both in the room and in the corridors.

There was a major issue with black toxic mold growing around the air conditioning outlet in the main hallway on the 25th floor. Despite promises to fix the issue urgently, nothing was done, which was highly unsatisfactory.
